Our CCTV systems may capture your image automatically if you visit one of our venues.   •  Booking process – when you book a ticket to Golf we ask for your name, e-mail, phone number and card details. We store this information though our booking system and our payment processor.
  • Internal record keeping – CVs, application forms etc.
  • Newsletters. If you register for our newsletter than we hold and store your email address using our email service provider we may then send promotional emails about special offers or other marketing information using the email you provided. When you register for our newsletter you can also opt in or opt out to receive customised online advertising.
